Sevilla gets ready for Auténtica 2025, the great gourmet fair

On September 15-16, the Seville Conference and Exhibition Center (FIBES) will host the third edition of Auténtica Premium Food, an event that has become a must for gastronomy and the food industry.

Auténtica 2025 will bring together more than 300 exhibitors and is expected to attract over 10,000 professionals, strengthening its position as a reference space for discovering the latest trends in gourmet products with origin, authenticity, and sustainability values.

The Auténtica Congress will feature more than 250 experts sharing their insights on the future of the sector. Leading chefs such as Dani García, Juanlu Fernández, Marcos Granda, Benito Gómez, Pedro Aguilera, and Pedro Sánchez will showcase Andalusian culinary excellence as a true expression of Mediterranean gastronomy.

The agenda will include thematic spaces such as the Culinary Fest by Gusto del Sur, the Retail and Distribution Forum, the Procurement Directors Summit, the Gastromarketing Forum, the Horeca Forum, and the Degusta Tasting Rooms. A major novelty this year is the Sin Filtro Forum, created together with Montagud Editores, which will serve as a critical and open space to reflect on the transformative role of haute cuisine.

With the support of institutions such as the Regional Government of Andalusia, Seville City Council, Landaluz, and Andalusian Agri-food Cooperatives, Auténtica Premium Food reaffirms its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the international projection of Spanish gastronomy.
