Saborea España at Auténtica 2025, the great laboratory of gastronomic innovation

Seville will host on September 15-16 the third edition of Auténtica Premium Food, the leading event dedicated to gourmet products and the Mediterranean diet.

Auténtica has become an essential meeting point for haute cuisine, innovation, and the food industry. This year, more than 10,000 professionals and 300 speakers will gather at FIBES Seville to debate, inspire, and share trends on communication, marketing, and gastronomic experience.

The Gastromarketing Forum will be one of the main highlights, featuring sessions where experts from diverse fields —from neuroscience to music, creativity, and digital marketing— will explore how the combination of data, technology, and emotion is transforming the way to connect with consumers.

The event will also feature renowned Spanish chefs such as Dani García, Toño Pérez, and Juanlu Fernández, alongside representatives from leading distribution companies such as Mercadona, Alcampo, and Covirán. Key topics will include hyper-personalization in hospitality, sensory atmosphere design, neurogastronomy, and new loyalty strategies in an increasingly digitalized market.
