  • Description: Completely family run estate that has more than two thousand olive trees for the production of ecologic extra virgin olive oil. The main philosophy follows those of ecological agriculture practices, with the utmost respect for the planting areas and to produce an ultra-premium product that is 100% natural.  They were awarded the gold medal for best extra virgin olive oil in the Canary Islands at the first edition of the official Agrocanarias 2016 competition organized by the Gobierno de Canarias and the Cabildo de Gran Canaria with the collaboration of the Ayuntamiento de Agüimes. Furthermore, it was distinguished for its Image and Presentation. They are certified by ROPE.

  • Descripción: Idyllic farm where, in addition to fruit and vegetables grown in a totally ecological way, jabada hens and peliguey sheep are bred. They offer guided tours as well as educational and training activities, whose main philosophy is to respect life and nature, for groups of tourists, professionals and students. Cultivating with care and enthusiasm, respecting life cycles above and below ground, taking care of each and every one of the processes from sowing and harvesting, until the finished product arrives on our tables, is the basis and foundation of their work.

  • Description: Farm school declared of general and educational interest by the Government of the Canary Islands. It is located in the district of Las Medianías, has 50,000 m2 and 1,008 ecological olive trees. It is equipped to receive visits from schoolchildren, tourists and social associations, as well as to host summer camps, events and celebrations. It has a zoological centre with various native mammals and birds. There is also a processing centre for the olive packaging chain and an oil mill for the production of organic olive oil. They received an important worldwide recognition for the best organic extra virgin olive oil, the Superior Taste Award 2018 by the International Taste & Quality Institute (located in Brussels).

  • Description: A four-hectare estate dedicated to the cultivation of tropical and subtropical fruits, as well as other fruits that have been adapted perfectly to the idyllic Canarian climate. This is a highly biodiverse crop with the aim of transmitting information and values about organic farming in the Canary Islands, as well as the enjoyment of a chemical-free space. Organic production is complemented by flowers and aromatic and medicinal plants, examples of natural beauty and ancestral agroecological techniques. It is part of the Ecocomedores project, Cooperativa Cosecha Directa, Biocosecha, and is registered in the ROPE.

  • Description: La Finca Rosa Verde is a small family run business, which although recently created, has been dedicated to agriculture for generations. For more than ten years the production has been certified as completely ecologic, however in the past their practices were also guided with respect for the environment. A large part of the production is processed and packaged with modern equipment, but it is produced using artisanal methods. This company has more than twenty references and continues to work on new ones, among these for example are products with no added sugar, jams and marmalades, dehydrated products, stevia, and moringa. They specialize in tropical fruits, but also dedicate an important place for vegetables and aromatic plants, as well as making bread and gofio. Furthermore, plans to undertake livestock farming will go into operation in the near future.
