A Coruña’s vermouth and tapas food tour

A Coruña’s vermouth and tapas food tour

Enjoying a pre-meal drink is more than just a tradition in A Coruña; the ‘vermouth session’ is ingrained in their way of life and going for tapas is a delicious ritual consisting of mini-portions of tripe, Olivier salad, omelette and Galicia’s empanada flat pies, paired with a glass of wine, beer or vermouth. Each weekend, the bars and streets throng with locals and visitors enjoying the lively and laid-back atmosphere.
