In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, La Asociación Saborea España informs you that it fully complies with the current legislation on the protection of personal data and with the confidentiality commitments inherent to its activity.
La Asociación Saborea España notifies users of the existence of automated personal data files, owned by La Asociación Saborea España, for the purposes of management, communication, and information. These files are registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, where users can verify their status.

La Asociación Saborea España has adopted the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of its processing, in order to prevent, as far as possible and in accordance with the current state of technology, their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access.

The structure of files, equipment, and information systems created to comply with the current legislation on data protection applies to all temporary or permanent files owned by La Asociación Saborea España that contain personal data, as well as any equipment or information systems that process them.
All employees of La Asociación Saborea España and its Data Processors are required to comply with this regulation, particularly regarding their functions and obligations, which will be duly determined by La Asociación Saborea España.
DATA COLLECTION:
Acceptance of these conditions requires the collection of essential data from users for the provision of services, which will be requested personally through forms or via the website. At the time of data collection, users will be duly informed of their rights.
To ensure that the information contained in our files is always up to date and error-free, we ask our clients and users to notify us as soon as possible of any modifications or corrections to their personal data.
EXERCISING RIGHTS:
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition may be exercised by users or their representatives through a written and signed request addressed to tastingspain@tastingspain.es. Other means that allow for user identity verification may also be used to exercise these rights.
CONSENT:
The user grants consent for La Asociación Saborea España to use their personal data in order to properly fulfill the contracted services.
Filling out the form included on the website or sending emails or other communications to La Asociación Saborea España implies the client’s express consent for the inclusion of their personal data in the aforementioned automated file, owned by La Asociación Saborea España.
At the time of requesting this information, the client or user will be informed of the recipient of the information, the purpose for which the data is being collected, the identity and address of the Data Controller, and the user’s ability to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition to the processing of their data.
DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES:
La Asociación Saborea España does not transfer personal data to third parties without the explicit consent of the data subjects, which must be granted on each occasion. Data will only be disclosed for the stated purpose and always with the user’s or client’s consent.

All data collected in private communications between La Asociación Saborea España and clients or users will be treated with absolute confidentiality. La Asociación Saborea España is committed to maintaining the secrecy of personal data, safeguarding them, and taking all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, in accordance with the Security Measures Regulation for Automated Files containing personal data.
Additionally, any information exchanged between the parties, information agreed to be confidential, or information related to its content will also be considered confidential. Viewing data via the internet does not imply direct access unless the data subject has expressly authorized it on each occasion.
We recommend that clients do not share their identification, password, or reference numbers provided by La Asociación Saborea España with third parties. Likewise, to ensure the protection of professional secrecy between La Asociación Saborea España and the client, the client/user should not disclose confidential information to third parties.
CHANGES TO SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY:
La Asociación Saborea España reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as to those that may arise from existing industry-standard codes or strategic corporate decisions. Any modifications will take effect from the date of publication on La Asociación Saborea España’s website.
