The Valencian tomato is a variety that is grown mainly in the outskirts gardens of Valencia including the Albufera Natural Park. This variety is characterized by having a very fine skin and being fleshy and soft to the touch. The best known is the Perelló variant. The Valencian tomato is perfect for salads. Like valencian salad with lettuce, onion, valencian tomatoes, asparagus, boiled egg, tuna and seasoning.
