Pescado a la mallorquina


Season the fish loins.

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and reserve in cold water until ready to use.

Chop the garlic and parsley and cut the tomatoes into slices.

Clean and cut the chard, leeks and spring onions.

Season the vegetables with salt and the sweet paprika, then add the garlic and parsley, the raisins and the pine nuts.

Grease a baking tray with oil.

Place the potato on the base and the fish on top.

Cover with the vegetables and finish with the tomato and a splash of oil.

Bake at about 180ºC for 25 minutes.

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 bunch of swiss chard
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 leeks
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 30 gr of pinions
  • 30 gr of raisins
  • Olive oil and salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet pepper
