Mantecados of verdejo wine

Exquisite sweet made with lard, flour, Rueda verdejo wine butter and dusted with icing sugar. Their appearance (although not puff) pastry and its small size makes they can be eaten in only once creating a pleasant feeling in the mouth not too sweet that invites you to keep eating them.
