The Garden of Carracillo

The county of Carracillo has had great success in gaining renown beyond its borders as a producer of vegetables. Carracillo is located around Cuéllar and abuts the rivers Cega and Pirón. The favorable change in temperature between the warm days and cool nights is what gives these vegetables their characteristically intense flavors.
