Ensaimada

The ensaimada is, without a doubt, the most characteristic dessert of Mallorca. With its traditional spiral shape, it is said that, more important than the ingredients themselves, is the air and climate of Mallorca. Stuffed, covered, with salty touches… all the Mallorcan essence gathered in this delicacy.
