Dried fish in short stock

 

Elaboration

Leave the dried fish in cold water the previous day.

Boil them for 10 minutes.

Make the base with the rest of ingredients and pass it though the Thermomix.

Boil the fish 10 minutes more in the sauce and add salt and pepper.

 

Presentation

Use a white dish, put some sauce in a round shape at the bottom of the dish and put the fish on top. Pour some more sauce and decorate with the sprouts.

Ingredients

For 4 tapas

  • • 150gr dried fish
  • ½ Onion
  • ½ Red pepper
  • ½ Green pepper
  • 100gr. Grated tomato
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100gr. of water
  • Season sprouts for decoration
