Create a fire with tree clippings, using the flames to heat your grill which you’ll then wipe clean with paper.
Once the branches are burning down spread the coals around and set out the lamb chops on the grill. Let the chops cook until golden, then flip the grill over and add sea salt while the other side cooks.
After a few minutes flip the grill again, add more salt while the first side finishes cooking. Flip once more to finish.
Be careful not to burn or over-cook the chops. Serve directly to the table while hot.
