Almendrados

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg almonds for every 2/4 kg of sugar
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Lemon

Preparation:

First stew the almonds. When done, peel and crush or blend in blender. Blend almond paste with eggs, sugar and lemon. Place small morcels of the mixture on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in oven until golden.
