All i pebre of eel

 

Elaboration: 

Put the paella (the pan) on the fire with the oil. Once hot, add potatoes and garlic. Saute for five minutes and add the paprika. Saute and put the water, eels and bay leaf. Let it boil for 25 minutes. Adjust salt to your taste and finally add a minced garlic, almond and ground pepper.
