Artichoke

Artichokes are a typical vegetable from the Valencian Community, specifically from the town of Benicarló. These artichokes have recognized their Designation of Origin and their properties are widely used in Valencian food. This product is widely used by great chefs such as Ricard Camarena for the preparation of its dishes.
