Copenhagen hosts the presentation of Saborea España, Spain’s leading gastronomic tourism platform

Today, the city of Copenhagen will host an exclusive presentation of Saborea España, the main platform for the promotion of gastronomic tourism in Spain, in collaboration with Turespaña.

The event will take place in a privileged setting: the Residence of the Ambassador of Spain in Denmark, His Excellency Mr. Salvador Rueda Rabanal, who will welcome a select group of VIP guests from the Danish tourism sector, including influencers, journalists, prescribers, and industry professionals.

The event will also feature the participation of the Director of the Spanish Tourism Office in Copenhagen, Mr. Ignacio Jiménez Rodríguez, who will highlight the strategic role of gastronomy as a driver of tourism and a key differentiating value of Spain as a destination in the Nordic markets.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a sensory journey through the flavours, products, and culinary stories of four destinations that are part of the Saborea España network: Cambrils, Gran Canaria, La Palma, and Valencia. Each destination will present its unique offering, rooted in local products, territorial identity, and culinary tradition.

With this event, Saborea España strengthens its internationalisation strategy, consolidating its presence in key markets such as Denmark, where the combination of tourism, culture, and gastronomy is highly valued by travellers.
