Borage

This is one of the most unknown vegetables in Spain, although in France it is considered as a luxury product. Its cultivation and consumption is typical from Navarre and part of Aragón. It is cultivated from the beginning of autumn until the beginning of spring. It has wide nutritional value and provides endless profits to health.
