All i pebre de anguila
Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the potatoes and garlic.
Fry gently for about 5 minutes and add the paprika.
Continue frying gently, making sure the mixture doesn’t burn, then add the eels and bay leaf.
Simmer for 25 minutes.
Season to taste and finally add a picadillo of ground garlic, almonds and pepper.
